Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Please read the information on this page carefully. By visiting the KeKe Soaps website or placing an order with us, you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to the policies and terms of use governing our web site. We reserve the right to modify our policies and terms of use as needed.


Payment Methods: We accept the following major credit cards (and debit cards with the logos): Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Payment is due at time of purchase. All payments are processed through Stripe and your card information is not shared.

Sales Tax: The State of Arkansas requires that we collect sales tax from in-state customers. Arkansas customers will be charged sales tax based on their billing zip code. Sales tax will not be charged on shipments to recipients outside of Arkansas. Please note that Arkansas requires sales tax to be applied to both the purchase and shipping amounts.

Shipping: For in-stock product, approximate turnaround time is within 2 business days from the original order date; most orders can be filled the same day. Holiday turnaround time is within 4 business days from the original date. We ship via the United States Postal Service.

*Note for shipping: We ship USPS Priority Mail. All shipping options fulfill small to large priority boxes, however, when we process your order, if your order can ship in a smaller package (like a padded envelope, usually 1 or 2 bars), we will ship via the smaller package and reimburse any extra charge you may have incurred. This is rare, but could happen, and we will do our best to inform you.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories: Some shipping methods may not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories. Please contact us prior to placing your order with your shipping address and we will advise you of the best shipping method available to you before placement of your order.

International Orders including Canada: Due to billing and shipping constraints, International orders cannot be placed directly online. Please contact us directly concerning a potential international order and we will see how we can accommodate.

Damaged Products: Always inspect your package as soon as possible after it is received. If items are damaged, you must report the problem directly to the carrier (USPS) within 48 hours. Please inform us of the claim.

Returns and Refunds: Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. However, we want you to be happy with your order. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to correct any issues. Shipping is non-refundable on any package returned. There are no refunds.

Fees: There are no handling fees or order fees. We currently do not charge for a restocking fee on cancelled orders.

Review and Comments

This site allows customers and users to comment on products and blog posts. For those reviews and comments that post, if we deem them spam, defamatory, offensive, obscene, libelous, or infringing on others intellectual property we will remove them. Commenters whose comments require removal three times will be blocked from further commenting.

Privacy Policy

This site collects information on you in the following way: you manually provide us your information by leaving a review or comment, filling out our contact forms, or making a purchase. This information can be tied directly to you because of the information you’ve provided. The information collected may include: your name, your address, your telephone number, or your email address. Credit card transactions are processed through a third-party (via Stripe) and your IP address may be recorded, but your credit card number is not kept.

Currently, we do not offer a newsletter, but if we add this option at a later date, information that’s automatically collected via third-party (i.e. MailChimp) could include your IP address that you used to confirm your subscription to our newsletter. Your email address is used strictly to deliver your approved newsletter.

All personal customer information is strictly confidential, thus it will never be released to other parties for solicitation purposes. The information collected is only shared with others if required by our terms of service/agreement with those parties, or if we are legally required to by law.


These terms of service and privacy policy will be periodically reviewed and updated to reflect the current functions of the site. Please review the terms of service and privacy policy often for change as a mass mailing does not go out once updated. The last update was: November 5, 2015.
